Q: Time capsule

It show me "Need authorization of device" when i want to transfer files to capsule?

but no info where to find it.

So i would like to ask:

How to authorisite the device? And is it possible to use capsule like external HDD via wifi?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

When file sharing is enabled on the Time Capsule, you can use its internal HDD for file storage, regardless if your computer is connected to the Time Capsule by Ethernet or by Wi-Fi.

 

However, the other option when using file sharing is to configure it for a security method to access those files. The three choices are: 1) With accounts, 2) With a disk password, & 3) With a device password. In all of these cases, you would have to enter the proper user credentials in order to access the drive.
