Sep 10, 2016 10:37 AM in response to vgdaisyby Ingo2711,Did you already open the calculator app, turn the screen to landscape mode to get the scientific calculator and check if all keys are working. This way you can make sure that the touch screen is working.
To make sure that this is not software related or a glitch, follow these steps:
1. Force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data.
2. In case this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the phone. If it works, restore from the backup.
