Sep 10, 2016 8:51 AM in response to Yairhtetlinnnby Ingo2711,Do you see the same spots if you take a picture out in the open?
This looks more like flares from the lens, due to the light coming from one side of the room and hitting the lens at a certain angle. If so, this is an optical phenomenon and can't be fixed.

Sep 10, 2016 10:40 AM in response to Yairhtetlinnnby Ingo2711,★HelpfulIf you took photos before iOS 9.3.5 under the same circumstances, and they did not have those spots, the only way to rule out a software issue would be setting the phone back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Take the same picture again and compare the result.
In case they are still visible and you made sure that the lens is clean and no case is attached to the phone, visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and let them test the device.
