Sep 10, 2016 9:24 AM in response to lessergoldfinchby léonie,Which version of GarageBand are you using?,
Since I upgraded to GarageBand 10.1.2 the Groove Track controls simply do not show in the Track Header any longer for any project and in any user account.
It looks like a bug to me.

Sep 11, 2016 11:46 PM in response to lessergoldfinchby léonie,When I try to show the Groove Track - either using theTrack > Track header menu, or ctrl-clicking the Track header, the menu item will change from "Show Groove Track" to "Hide Groove Track", but the little star is never displayed. So it is not possible to select a groove track.
GarageBand recognizes the "Show Grove Track" command, or the state of the menu would not change, but the graphical user interface seems be broken.
I tried trashing the preferences, reinstalling GarageBand, starting over with a new project, making sure flex editing is enabled for all tracks, but nothing helped.
Now it works sometimes and other times it doesn't.
In the same project? Or only in some projects? Is there any clear pattern, when it does work and when not?
