Sep 11, 2016 5:48 AM in response to Zettaiby Raicya,After remove / uninstall a program from Windows OS run CCleaner, unless you use Revo Uninstaller Pro version to remove / uninstall a program.
Try to run CCleaner (close the browser and all other programs), if CCleaner isn't install on the computer see this ☞ link.
Download and install only the CCleaner- Slim version.
FYI : Never do an auto update, because the Slim version is always 2 - 3 weeks available after the announcing update of the other versions.
Run the Registry cleaning.
Restart the computer and try to update iCloud for Windows again or download the latest version.
