How to turn off icloud music itunes store match?

Hello I recently got Apple Music that you have to pay monthly.

I have a problem, everytime I manually upload a song to itunes on my mac, itunes will say its matching the songs to the itunes store.

Then I tunes will download copys of the song ontop of what I already have or if I have a version of the album that is not in the itunes store, it will just replace my own album and its custom album art to that of the itunes store.

I remember the 1st time I got apple music and got on my itunes on mac a thing popped up saying "would you like us to match your library to the itunes store" and I clicked yes, i want to turn that off and how can I do that.
