iPhone

Q: iPhone not working

I Just had had had my screen phone fixed on my iPhone 6 Plus and I now can't hear someone on the phone when I answer the call however the arson on the other side of the phone is able to hear me. I have reset my phone to factory settings, rebooted it and also tested all the buttons and sounds and still nothing works.

    There might be a problem with the "hearing aids" thing. Make sure to turn it off.

    Where did you have your phone screen fixed? Was it by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider? If so, take it back and have them fix it.

     

    If you had it done by an "independent repair shop", well, some of them guarantee their work, some don't. You'll need to take the phone back to them as Apple will no longer provide any warranty or out-of-warranty service on the phone.
