I can't download my movies

I sorry in advance for my bad English. I´m from Germany. My problem is that I bought the movie "Head full of honey" in HD. Now I want to watch it offline. So I tried to download it by clicking on the little "cloud" but nothing happened. There also wasn`t that arrow that usually appears when the mouse cursor is on the cloud.

Then I clicked on the little three points right next to the title and chose "loading". And again nothing happened. What did I do wrong? Can someone help me?
