Q: Midi device connected but no sound
I have a problem with my KeystationMini32. It connects to my mac through USB and it works in Logic for 10 seconds or so and than stops working. I can play a few notes and it works fine but then the sound stops. I've been troubleshooting and found out with programs like MidiMonitor that the keyboard is still connected and the inputs come through clear. My other audio software Ignite has the same problem so I don't think it is a LogicPro specific problem. I did a restart but that didn't fix it.
My guess is that it has something to do with midi-input channels but I wouldn't know how to fix that..
I've been looking around at some other forums and there was a guy with a similar problem that fixed it by buying a new midi interface. Since this keyboard doesn't have a separate midi interface, that's not really an option here. I'm hoping to fix this without having to buy a new keyboard. Any help is appreciated! Thanx.
