Hi,
had to re-download itunes to my laptop and some settings are a bit off. I downloaded my first batch of photos and they just show up as numbers. How do i make them show up with the IMG_ prior to the number and have the numbers follow the previously downloaded photos.

iTunes does not sync photos to the computer.
How are you syncing these to your computer?
As you can see i am NOT a computer person! I usually plug in my phone to my laptop and then get that pop up box and i select import all photos and videos and it names it IMG_ with the number and the follow my previous numbering system and only imports the photo since my last "syncing" i guess.
Which computer and which operating system version?
i have windows 10 on my dell laptop
Most likely it is a Windows 10 thing. Either is is simply not showing the entire filename or it is changing it.
The filenames are assigned by the device (iPhone in this case) taking the pictures.
so is there a way to change it? I did it before but i just really don't remember and can't seem to figure it out this time
