Q: How can I access Music Memos on iCloud?

I recorded a dozen or so song ideas with Music Memos back in May, and have just recently found some time to revisit them. I launched Music Memos app and none of my ideas are listed under the music library icon a the center top.

Upon further investigation however, I can see inside my iPhone Settings under General / Storage & iCloud Usage / Manage Storage that the app has my songs listed there both locally and on iCloud! Is there a way for me that access these songs some other way? I'd at least like to download these somehow and drop them into Garageband but for the life of me I can't seem to find away to access them on my iCloud drive.

Is it me or is iCloud a steaming mess at times?
