Q: Lost mode iphone removed from FIND MY IPHONE

Hi All,

i got a situation recently need urgent help.

1- My iphone5 was snatched from me by people i never met.

2- I reported to local cops.

3- I bought new iphone 6s.

4- Sign in that with the same id.

5- i could see both stolen iphone5 + new iphone 6s

6- i put old phone on stolen mode.

7- After 20 days i try to sign in to my icloud and come to know my password is not working.

8- i call help line. verify myself and get back reset password link. reset my password and check my icloud.

9- every thing was there. My contacts, Pictures, mails. all except one change and that is my stolen phone which was on LOST MODE. was removed form my icloud.

i called several times to apple care. for 2- 3 hour discussion they emphasis some one knows your user name n pwd which is not possible. i never share or give my user ids n pwds.

Any solution?

i want to put my stolen phone back to stolen mode which get free from id.
