dock or desktop icon for specific itunes/library combinations

My wife and I have separate iTunes libraries on our iMac, but I'm looking for a simpler method to switch between the libraries than Option-<click iTunes> and then browse for the right library. I'd prefer to create a script (shell, terminal command line option, etc) to allow my wife to click on desktop or dock icon to start iTunes set to read her library.

Any suggestions how to do this?
