i can't open any media in my mac even youtube videos and iTunes music
any one could help me please or tell me what is the problem

when i try to open any media it became like there is no connection but sometimes i can and it's playing but without sound
if you look at the volume it looks like blocked

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
