Q: iPhone 5s: Siri and Voice Dictation Can't Hear Me

The other day I was caught in a slight rain storm, and my screen got slightly wet but not bad enough for me to think twice about it. When I got inside, I made a call and the person could hear me just fine. Then I went to ask Siri a question, and she couldn't hear me regardless of how loud I talked. Then I went to use my voice option on my keyboard and noticed that didn't work either. I was devistated. Then I went to test video recording and Snapchat video, which both could hear me clear as day. And advice on how to fix this problem? It has been around 2 days with this problem.
