Q: App store updates

Hello,

 

This morning my phone was showing 3 updates available on the app store icon. When I go to the updates page on the app store there aren't any updates there. I can't clear the update count. How can I get this resolved?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

    Hi

    Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo .

    This can take 30 seconds .

    If this doesn't work leave it they will go in a few days .

    Is it possible the updates have been indicated by the App Store icon for a while, but you actually installed these updates by syncing to iTunes on your computer which already had those updates downloaded?

     

    If this is the case, you will need to delete the three affected apps from your iPhone, and re-download them.  That will clear the pending update notification.
