Q: Wifi network list disappeared after upgrade to ios 9.3.5

After upgrade to IOS 9.3.5, wifi network list didn't show. Already rest the network setting but no luck. Due to same reason unable to connect wifi, only connect through cellurar 3G network.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5
