Q: In which folder does Mac save the Groups/Categories of the Contacts? (not the contacts themselves)
Hi, I accidentally deleted the Groups/Categories of my contacts but not the contacts themselves: I already have all my contacts but I lost the 'tags' with which I had organized my contacts by categories. So, before I had separate Categories/Groups, for example, for Family (2 people) and Job (2 more people), totally 4 people in my Contacts account, and now I have theses 4 contacts but I 'deleted' which ones where from Family and which from Job. I want to recover the old Groups/Categories for the contacts that, fortunately, I still have...
I have a Time Machine Backup. I tried copying the folder "Macintosh HD/Users/(my_user)/Library/Application Support/Adressbook" (where, apparently, the contacts are saved) but unfortunatelly it seems that Mac does not save the Groups/Categories there, so... Where, in which folder, does Mac save the list/info/data of the contacts's Groups/Categories? I want to recover this info from the Time Machine and replace it, because I understand that these Groups/Categories is something that is not contained/related in each contact itself, so that could be recovered, itn't it? I hope it is possible
Thank you very much!
I'm working with OS X El Captitan 10.11.6
MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), null
