Q: Remove Family Billing from Family Share?

Is there a way to remove the Family Shared Billings with Family share and let people pay for their own products?

No, with family sharing the family organiser takes responsibility for the members purchases - members purchases will use a balance on their account if they have one, otherwise the organiser's card will be used (members can't use their own card ; an organiser can't use a balance).
