I am using a VGA to HDMI converter and a USB-C to HDMI converter to try to get two displays going for my Macbook (one of which being the laptop itself, the other an Envision desktop monitor).
I used this same monitor with a Macbook Pro, VGA to Thunderbolt converter and had no issues.
It seems the two devices aren't recognizing each other. No display is detected on my MacBook and the Envision screen says "No Signal."
Have restarted both devices, installed all updates, etc, been through Apple Support about 4 times now. Please help.
