White Apple Logo on the back of watch?

On the back of my Apple Watch, the Apple logo has gone white. In a new watch this logo is more like gray.


Please see the picture, the one in the left is my watch with the Apple logo in white and the one on the right is a picture taken from a new watch.




I haven't scratched the back of my watch.


Not that I mind about that, but it shouldn't be happening, right?

To prevent long-term damage to Apple Watch, be sure to follow Apple's cleaning and care guidelines, which include include keeping the watch clean and dry and cleaning it after workouts or heavy sweating:



Apple Watch is covered by Apple's One Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.


Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch inspected and to establish your available service options (whether under warranty or via chargeable repair service, depending on your coverage and on Apple's decision):
