Why does my text tone go silent?
MY phone just randomly silences a text tone. I'll go into sounds and change the tone and even go back to the previous text tone and it will vibrate but with no sound. Any thoughts.
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.5
Restart your iPhone then see if the problem persists.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
