What can I do

Gave an iPad to my mom. She forgot the sign on passcode. What can I do to recover it?

You say to your Mom,"Don't worry Mom, it happens." Then follow the directions on the paper below.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
