how to disable restrictions for call log deleting
Is there any option to turn on restriction to deleting call log history or to saves call log history in i cloud.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5
Not that I know of unfortunately.

Your phone carrier very likely has a feature on their web account section for call history that is NOT affected by what is done by the individual users
