The iLife apps and iWork applications are free, when you purchase a new computer. They will come preinstalled with a new Mac.

I bought a macbook air ( early 2014  model )... in march 2015 ... but i didnt get iMovies...and when i see iMovies in the app store it is paid...( i think it is supposed to be free with mac ) ..

When you purchase a Mac these applications can be associated with your Apple ID. the free apps can only be associated with one AppleID. You have to sign into the AppStore with the same AppleID that has originally been used when the MAc has first been set up and the free apps have been associated with the AppleID.

Only then you can download and reinstall the apps from the Purchases tab.

..and other  iWork apps were pre installed but with other account and are not listed in my purchases .

Why is that? Did you purchase the Mac from a previous owner? If the AppleID the apps are associated with is not yours and the previous owner is not a member of your household, you have to purchase them for yourself.
