    I understand that you are trying to purchase something on your Apple TV with the credit you have on your account, but you are being prompted to verify your credit card information. I know that it's important to understand how your purchases are processing, so I'm happy to provide some information about this.

     

    If you have not downloaded anything on your Apple TV before, it can be normal to verify your account using your payment method. Once this has been verified, it should then use any credit on your account first for purchases.
