Q: Apple id security questions forgotten

I have forgotten my security questions. i have gone to support and attempted to reset security questions, but my problem is that when i am sent a verification code, it says under the "Enter Verification Code" this:

"A verification code has been sent to iPad. Enter the code to continue."

I have no clue what "IPad" is. What do i do?
