I have problem with Camera application after installing iOS 9.3.5
Camera works in Message application, in some other applications, but it doesn't work in Camera app itself. I just have black screen. If I switch to VIDEO mode - both cameras work perfect, but back to PHOTO mode - it doesn't work.
E.g. FaceTime works perfect. To make photo I should use Messages application and it is not convenient.
Any ideas?

Actually camera works after switching to TIME-LAPSE and back to PHOTO mode. I should do it every time I want to make a photo.
Actually I can't open different colors and effects mode in any state.
As I remember, I tried to use this photo effects mode several hours this problem with PHOTO appeared.
Camera doesn't work only in Camera app
