Changing e-mail address
I need to change my e-mail address and Apple ID but answers to my security questions seem to be incorrect. How do I proceed to change my e-mail and Apple ID

I have tried to reset my security questions but this has not worked as I get response " cannot change security questions -we do not have enough information to change security questions." Any suggestions?
If in the USA then try calling Apple:
