Apple CarPlay interface language?
Does the Apple CarPlay UI language depends on that of the iPhone plugged in or does it work with the language of the car stereo?

Both. The car stereo has to be CarPlay compatible.

What if the car stereo is Japanese (Yes, CarPlay compatible) and the iPhone is English. Would the Apple CarPlay display show up in english?

I am wondering if the car stereo is in English, and the IPhone is in German, will the CarPlay language be in German as well?
