Q: How to find purchased content on iTunes

I purchased an album on iTunes that came with two videos. It says that it's purchased, but I can't seem to find the files anywhere? Where should they be and how can I download them onto my devices?

Thank you!

Do they show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store apps on your devices for downloading on them ? Music videos should download/sync to the Videos app on an iOS device.

For your computer, they should download into the Music Videos section of your iTunes library e.g. select the My Music section of your library and then (if there are music videos in your library) select the Music Videos section on the left-hand side of the screen :

If they aren't there check to see if they show in the Purchased section for downloading : Account > Purchased menu option on the current iTunes

They show in the purchased tab, but are not available for downloading. There's no cloud icon or anything and they do not appear under music videos or any of those other tabs. The thing is, is that the rest of the album (the audio tracks) have downloaded, but not the video files.

Do they show in the 'not on this ...' / 'not in my library' section of Purchased ? They don't have an age rating on them which you have restricted ? And you've tried logging out and back into the account ?

They don't appear in those sections, there's no age rating and I've tried logging in and out. I've tried everything I could possibly think of. Do you think that contacting apple support would be worthwhile? Because I've heard that other people who have downloaded the same album have encountered the same problem. Although, some people have access to the video and others don't.

You could try, especially if other people have been having problems with the same album. Use http://reportaproblem.apple.com to contact them, or use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
