iTunes Account Disabled

My iTunes account is disabled for no reason. I called three times already and had to wait 30+ min just for the support rep to tell me they are opening a case # 100020113543 to investigate further. He didn't tell me why my account is disabled, just told me it is under investigation. This kind of server beyond frustrating. If my account had a fraudulent activity, how about telling the customer that we are taking precaution by disabling your account via email, just like my credit card does. I have to wait this long just to find out that there is investigation going on and iTunes support can't handle it over the phone. I need an answer on this ASAP.

You already know that you are talking to fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, we won't know why your account is disabled

Have you tried just resetting the account's password to see if that gets it re-enabled : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support ?

You might then need to log out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
