See If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If the device is showing in iCloud as offline, or is powered off then there is nothing you can do remotely.

Log into your iCloud account on your computer and see if you can locate the latest know position. You can also erase the device remotely.
