I have a question that never been answered, and i need you guys to explain. I currently having an Iphone 6 64gb, which is i thought this too slow in its performance system, before i was using Iphone 6 16gb for 1,5 years. Then i need a bigger capacity so that i bought a new one. I definitely know how fast and good the iphone 6 is, but just having complained these last week, just say it in early september 2016. Then i check to find the solution if its need to get some repair or services into https://checkcoverage.apple.com, caused before i have been experienced claim warranty to my ipad mini tho. but I CAN NOT TRACE THIS IPHONE SERIAL NUMBER, and i dont know why. the replay just stated as "We're sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later." OMG this is not good, is this failed product or black market one? then once i have time i go to the store where i bought this one, AND THEY CAN NOT ANSWER AT ALL, so all i can do only freaking out and the question on my head , oh **** am i been tricked this whole 3 months? then i came there way to got the answer and the solution, but they act like stupid, and asking me to claim the warranty and asked directly to apple while give this phone to them to claim, and this would take 1 month, and its the only things they can do to help and to check as they do not have authority to check this serial number matter. Of course i refuse this, i even can not 1 day only without iphone, i worked through it, i get used to use 1 phone only. So guys after the whole of my story been told, do have any solution or solving answered about my serial number can not be traced? what it is caused, and is this related to my iphone slow performace? what can i do then?
