Q: Unable to send/receive iMessage to only one(1) contact.

Recently, I have been unable to send and/or receive iMessage to/from only one(1) contact, which is weird and frustrating. I have already logged out/in from iMessage and reset the Network settings to no avail. Help

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

When the problem is with a single contact, most likely, the issue is on their end. They will either need to fix something on their phone or get with their wireless carrier to resolve it.

What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message? Is the message being sent as a regular SMS (green)?
