I know my iCloud id, don't remember my password. I don't remember answers to any of my security questions, a link to reset my password is being sent to the same icloud account for which i dont have the password. I now have a phone which is linked to the icloud account for which i dont know the password, can i never use my phone now?

Try using Apple's iForgot service. If you can't reset them through it, you need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
If you're the iPhone's original owner, you can instead take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.
