Q: iPhone 7 pre-order/customer service
Good morning,
On Friday September 9th I went on the apple website to pre-order 2 iPhone 7 plus in Matt black with 256gig. I did the whole process of the pre order for both phones and got a confirmation when I was done. I was so caught up with work and with life that I wasn't able to check my email for the confirmation that day. Saturday I'm checking my emails and I don't see the pre-order confirmation email. I call Customer Service and the first person can't find anything. Then they transfer me to the next department they can't find and anything, so I get transferred 4 times. Then they final transfer me to the apple fiancé department and I speak a gentlemen name Ian Davis. Ian tells me I apologize for all the wait and the situation your in. He says this has happen before and he's come across these situations that he would love to help me. So Ian comes back on the phone be apolgozes again and says that he couldn't find anything. Ian says don't worry that since I've been a loyal customer that he would have the right department that deals with this contact me in the next 48 hours. In conclusion I was put through 2 and 1/2 hours on hold people not know what to do. I lost 2hrs of my time I have a new born baby and I could've spent those 2 and 12 hours with him. Apple you need more ppl like Ian Davis he got straight to the point and found a solution. I just now hope that I get my 2 phones on the 16th. Because computer errors are not my fault we as consumers pay a lot of money for your product. I decently would be a very unhappy customer if I don't get my 2 phones on time. On that note thank you so much Ian Davis for your help I really appreciate you taking the time for a quick and fast solution to my problem.
