iPhone SE renew problem.

Hello fellas,

I have an iPhone SE and I want to recycle for a 7, but when I put the IMEI number it says device not found.

I have asked few branches and they told me that they have no idea about SE, so any idea if SE is in this program or will it be in the future?

Got this phone in the UK and have been using it in the UK since purchased.
