Q: Updating Meeting invitation Status in iCal

Hi,

Let's say I am creating a meeting event in iCal.

I selected my Calendar account in my iCal, which is my working account, Gmail based.

I created a meeting event, selected my attendees, and click "Send".

My attendees received my meeting invitation, and they respond to my invitation.

In my Mail.app, I will received an email respond either they accept or decline my invitation:

1) If the attendee is using iPhone, they respond will automatically update in my iCal event.

2) If the attendee is an PC Outlook user, their respond won't update in my iCal event.

My question is:

Is there any way that the respond from Outlook user will automatically update my iCal event ? (like the ones from iPhone or Mac user?)

I am using:

iCal 8.0

Mail 9.3

Mac OS 10.11.6
