How to sync deletions iPhone and Mac

Hi,

I'm having synced my photos from iPhone to Macbook through Photo Stream, not using iCloud for photos.

How can I make the photos I delete on my iPhone deleted on my Macbook, too?

With photo stream, you cannot - see My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support

Photo's in your stream are independently downloaded to all your devices sharing the stream. You will have to delete them off each device separately. The stream only keeps a given photo for 30 days and then purges it. There is no permanent library of photos to sync between devices.

iCloud Photo library does keep a record in your iCloud storage and sync's any changes on one device to all other devices - iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support

As I said, with Photo Stream there surely is not any way to do that. Photo Stream simply cannot sync changes across devices like that. Photo stream is nothing more than a temporary cache to allow distribution of photos across devices. Once distributed to those other devices, Photo Stream has no connection with the content at all and changes on any given device are local changes only.

Apple's solution for continually sync'ing changes to your photo libraries on multiple devices is iCloud Photo Library.

If that is not a solution for you, then you will have to investigate third party photo storage and sync'ing options. Depending on how much storage your photo's need, almost all of those will also require a fee for the only library storage If you have a large photo collection to keep sync'd.
