Just search the Net and you will probably find examples as Word doc/x. Open those in Pages, but a word of caution.
I strongly advise against doing any major work in Pages. Longer documents start to run slow in Pages 5.x and you run the real chance that at some point you may be unable to open your file and once that happens there is no way to extract the contents.

could anyone provide or suggest a good template to be used in Pages for a "Italian Tesi di Laurea)
What format does your school require the Tesi to be submitted in? If in Word format, then use Word and not some cheap substitute like pages which may cause you compatibility problems.
