Q: Can't play King games anymore

Up until about two weeks ago I could play King games on my imac. (Candy Crush, Farm Heros Saga, Pet Rescue..) Now they are just frozen there (one at 68% loaded, it never changes)  and won't load up. I can play the same games, same account, on my ipad, iphone or macbook, but not this iMac. I have updated everything possible. I contacted King games and after a bunch of questions, they have decided it is an Apple issue. Anyone have an idea why these games would suddenly quit working?

    Each of the games that you mentioned have their own user to user message boards.  Suggest that you post your concerns w/them:  King Games Community.

    I've asked on message boards  and I just get the usual things to try, clear your cashe, install updates etc. No one seems to know what to do and say it must be an apple problem. This is so frustrating!

    Until a knowledgeable user comes along who plays the same games as yourself, suggest you get in touch w/the manufacturer of the games directly since their message boards are of no help.

     

    The only suggestion I can offer is to either reinstall the games and/or trash each game plist files.  This may change your games settings & scores if applicable.  Only empty the trash if the games run correctly.

    I Already talked to King games. They had me try a few things, nothing worked. They basically said they had no idea and it must be an apple problem, to try these boards. I'm going in circles. Lol thanks anyway.
