Q: iPhone switching
I bought an iPhone SE with 16gb. I have been using it since April of this year. My father has a iPhone SE with 32gb. He has been using it for the same amount of time. I want to switch phones with him but do not know how to do so without losing all of the contents on one phone. I thought switching SIMs cards would do the trick, but it only switches the phone numbers. I have them both synced up with my Mac but still am not sure how to switch the phones without losing everything on one phone. Any suggestions?

SIMs will not do it by itself as you found out. Backup both phones to iTunes, then to be safe, erase all content and data and restore the proper backup into the proper phone. This article may help:
