Q: Apple Watch Fitness?
Hey guys! I was thinking if I should preorder the Apple watch 2. But I just have 1 question. Will the Apple watch fitness always be on, tracking everything I do? Like, will it count me walking to the fridge, and count that to the daily fitness "report"? and also will me being at the mall, doing basic everyday things, will it count it to the fitness report and tell me how much calories I have lost in that day? I really want to know this because I want to start making myself goals so I can start being more active.
So in a nutshell, I just want to know if the Apple watch fitness is always on, counting basic everyday activities and tell me how much calories I have lost in that day?
Thanks.

Hi
The Activity app runs continuously in the background, tracking activity including steps taken and Active Calories burned.
It also monitors your progress towards your three daily goals: Move (Active Calories), Stand and Exercise.
