Q: MegaBackup just appeared on my iMac

I have a program called MegaBackup that just appeared on my iMac and I've tried to delete it but it won't go Please Help.

When I try to delete it comes up with message
The item “MegaBackup” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open.
But its not open

If you start the activity monitor app and put the name of the app in the upper right corner ... can you see it and dependencies from this?

what do you mean with "just appared on my iMac"? This is not an Apple Software and the Site have a poor reputation (https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/megabackup.com)
You must have made a download or there is an enemy ¿ on your iMac?
