I have problem with my apple id it is locked and my security questions doesn't work. I can attach my apple id card to prove it is mine(i bought it from apple store as a gift card and i did not create it),please help me to unblock my account

You can not buy an Apple ID. They are not for sale.

Um... no. You can't. Not from Apple. You got conned. This is most often seen in countries where Apple does not do business like Iran.

Apple does not do business in Iran. No support is available in Iran. Since you did not create the account, it is not yours. There is no legal way to transfer ownership of (sell) an Apple ID. Sorry. There's nothing you can do. I can't recommend that anyone in Iran purchase Apple products as it's impossible to get support for them there. The government of Iran has threatened to crack down on the import of Apple devices there.
