iPhone

Q: i don't know what happened...

i unlocked my iphone and went to click on my whatsapp but it wouldn't work. i locked my phone and since then clicking on the home button or the lock button, it doesn't do anything. my phone is currently on but i cannot do anything. the screen is just black

 

can i get some help on this please ASAP...

A forced restart may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
