PeripheralsIt isn't just bluetooth devices that cause interference. Even heavy metal jewellery has been known to do it. This is Apple's guidance should you not have seen it,
A particular problem can be party walls in apartments. You don't always know what your neighbours are doing and walls do allow signals to pass through.

Apple WatchThat can happen if the track pad needs cleaning.
Wipe the trackpad with a clean dust free damp cloth.
