Q: Moving the monitor makes a loud snapping noise
At some point, my monitor (MacBook Pro, less than 1 year old) started to make a sort of snapping noise whenever I open, close, or just move it. When the laptop is open and running for a while, the monitor seems to 'get stuck' in position and becomes hard to move, and makes a very loud snapping sound when I do move it.
I already brought it in for repair and they adjusted the monitor, but the problem persists. Friends of mine with newer Macbooks have the same problem, while I have never seen older MacBooks affected.
Anyone knows how to fix this or what might cause the problem?
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

If it is not right, take it back in and have them address the issue while you are still under warranty.
