Q: I'm receiving a notification on my phone that must change unlock code??

I have now received a notification twice that I must change the unlock passcode on my iPhone, and my phone will not let me do anything else until hit and continue and change the passcode.  I have checked with other family members who also have an iPhone and no one else has ever seen this message.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4

Change the passcode. You can even change it to the same passcode. This requirement is usually imposed by a company if you have a company email account on the phone, but it can also happen if you had a company account in the past, or if iOS "thinks" your passcode is not a good one.
